Plants
Plants tumbling
Plants on a march, right place, right plant, right place, right plant,
fields of them.
Plants with little soil, little care,
but sea air and sun.
A mug from Saint Albans Cathedral
a gift from our son.
Today it has Calendulas and a few stems of Oxalis (Bermuda buttercup) bright yellow and lemon.
Bright to say,
get well soon,
to two in this space who need to feel fine soon.

A garden moving downward but which seems to be still growing. Green against the gold and shiny tidal sands.

A sun filled field of field calendulas, a miniature variety, I was so pleased to see and identify. One of the first plants I grew from seed during COVID lock down and arrange in a brown teapot.

Rock Samphire, crithmum maritimum. Thick leaves and specialized roots help them to cope with salty spray. Low growing and with a trailing habit making the best of little soil in crevices.

A mug of flowers with the best of thoughts for you.
‘ And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God to them that are called according to His purpose.’
Romans 8:28
