Here is Jesus doing a hands on mirical: ” And He (Jesus) took him ( the deaf and dumb man) aside from the crowd and put his fingers in his ears, and He spat and touched his tongue; and looking up to heaven , he sighed, and said to him, ” Ephphatha” , that is , Be opened. It happened, and Jesus told him to tell nobody, but you know he didn’t stop telling everyone that he could speak and hear! It was published. People were beyond measure astonished.
Mark 7: 33,34 (Sandy’s summary. )
Weeds on Wednesday for Cathy.
Geranium purpureum or robertianium, the little Robin or herb robert, is a species of plant in the genus Geranium. It can be considered to be a wild flower or a weed. Here in my garden, I pull it out where it takes nutrients from what is planted and leave it to grow where there is space.
While away, it took over a bucket where its needs of a dry, well drained soil were met, and the plant that it replaced needed more careful watering.
What is the difference between Little Robin and Herb Robert?
The anthers: yellow in Little Robin, orange in Herb Robert.
The flowers :Herb Robert has larger flowers
The spread : Herb Robert is more common and widespread across Britain and Ireland.
It is here then there and was everywhere until I pulled it out. I don’t like it next to struggling plants or adding their frills to elegance. It has its place. Here in a bucket where it replaced a plant, I am pleased to have it.
The leaves are attractive in greens and reds with three to five indented lobes . The seeds are dispersed by an unusual explosive mechanism that can catapult them 5m from the parent plant. The roots are thankfully shallow!

Here are some quotes about replacement.
The vegetable life dies not content itself with casting from the flower or the tree a single seed, but it fills the air and earth with prodigality of seeds, that ,if thousands may plant themselves, that hundreds may come up, that tens may live to maturity; that, at least one may replace the parent.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
Make no mistake why these babies are here they are to replace us.
Jerry Seinfeld
We look forward to the time when the power of love will replace the love of power. Then will our world know the blessings of peace.
