September samples from the garden

The Hibiscus has opened.

A self seed from a sunflower in the warmth of our September has a bud…

And the rose I photographed weeks ago still holds onto a few petals.

The petunias are bright although the plants are yellowing.

The garden at the end of September travelling in its own way, gracious and beautiful.

Jesus speaking: ‘What will we compare the kingdom of God to?

It is like a grain of mustard seed, which is less than all the seeds that are on the earth: but when it grows up it becomes greater than all the herbs with great branches so that birds are able to nest in it.’

So be it.

I will take a break from this space and leave the garden with this memory of warmth, colour and change.

Take care,

Sandy 🙂
