The four-fat-pig chime tinkles in the warm breeze, the black bucket fills with wind fall apples. The gnome sits looking down from the fork of the tree as it always has. The apple tree has its crown and we have our seventh priminister in ten years.

The chime in the middle top of the picture blending in with the bark but very much there.

The gnome with a smug smile. A sweet chap.
Then
The bucket- watered -thyme is feeding the bees and there are seven stalks in a bottle.

Seven stalks of thyme with their shadows in a bottle.

It’s time for a break from this space.
Take care,
Sandy 🙂
Ps
Peter speaking from a time long ago 64-68 AD and for his troubles was crucified upside down. Read what he wrote:
But beloved, don’t be ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord does not go back on His promises as some do, but is longsuffering towards us, not willing that any of us should be destroyed, but that we would say sorry /repent.
Why?
Because the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night and the heavens will pass away with a great noise and the elements will melt with the intense heat the earth also and the works that are in it will be burnt up.
Then God speaking through Isaiah:
I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying,
” My counsel shall stand and I will do all my pleasure.”
The Bible reveals that God exists outside human time and sees all of eternity at once. God is sovereign over all history – declaring the end from the beginning while we eperience time linearly.
Some big thoughts and I must get a bucket of water in my hands, feel its weight and worth to the plants.
That was rather a long postscript.

Such a lovely place for a gnome to sit. 👌🌺
