Commandment 8
God speaking: ‘ You mustn’t steal.’
Some words for steal: appropriate, blackmail, burglaries, cheat, cozen (steal through trick or deceit),defraud, despoil, heist, housebreak, ,misappropriate, speculate (especially steal from government /public funds),pillage, pinch, pirate, plagiarise. Oxford Dictionary, was I stealing from the dictionary?
The fields of France were a sea of green wheat and people busy in their vineyards. First, there were flat lands with no trees for miles, but then trees started with rolling hills. Here are three photographs with some very different thoughts about ‘field’.

‘ Start where you are. Distant fields always look greener, but opportunity lies right where you are. Take advantage of every opportunity of service.’
Robert Collier.

‘ The landscape painter must walk in the fields with a humble mind. No arrogant person was ever permitted to see Nature in all her beauty.’ John Constable

‘ When we have a sense of calling whether it’s to be a musician, soloist, artist, in one of the technical fields, or a plumber, there is something deep and enriching when you realise it isn’t just a casual choice, it’s a divine calling. It’s not limited to vocational Christian service by any means. ‘ Charles R Swindol.
I hope you experienced a little of travel through seeing fields of France in three photographs.
Have a good day.
Sandy 🙂
