A Sabbath moment:  a pond and the meadow.

Paul speaking:’ Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulations, continuing in prayer.’

Romans 12:12

Popeswood meadow pond
reflecting a tree damaged in a storm when I first started posting.
The stillness of today
How odd, how extraordinary
The high winds didn't come to us
Our expectations changed our plans
How we change as expectations change
It isn't hard to remember  this and that
BUT
There comes a time when we expect to remember WHY and can't remember what those expectations were

The storm in life goes still, and we ask WHY?

The storm needed the this and the that
BUT
It didn't happen.
It was instead oddly and extraordinarily STILL.

The this and the that - a variety of miscellaneous things,no detail required!

Come from the pond and see the oak trees, the very small snow drops in groups and last of all the top of the zig- zag tree in a very blue sky.

The stillness of the meadow was beautiful today.

Take care,

Sandy 🙂
