Jesus speaking:
‘Don’t do good things for friends or others so people in general will think you are good. God won’t reward you for this. You have their praise as a reward. Do good things so that your left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing 🤣🤣 Your Father God who sees in secret will reward you openly.’ Sandy’s summary.
Strange thought this, but read in Matthew 6 : 1-3 it is a part where Jesus is saying a lot.

Can I say I remember yesterday? Can I say I remember all those times we had lunch together? I guess the question is, WHY? The second is easy. The first, perhaps, because you bumped your head.
Today, I remember those green string less beans we had for lunch yesterday. Why?
Here is the story.
She came to me the sun hot on our heads. It was the middle of July 2024. She had to go to Germany and I had just come back from Scandinavia. ” Could you please water my garden. It is hot, every day would be good.”
I smiled and said: ” Yes!”
There was some just planted beetroot, the beef tomatoes marble size, and those two inch in height green, stringless bean plants with their bodies waving with no tendrils, yet.
Bess sat in the middle of the lawn, a good place to view my activities from, with lifted head and back legs splayed out, which only a spaniel like her can do. It was shady there at the end of the day in the green middle of it all.
We got used to this routine, Bess and I . Sometimes Roy would walk Bess, and once off her lead, she would make her own way to the garden and its watering routine. The beans were growing so quickly that I knew I was doing right by them.
Two weeks were soon over, and oddly, I wanted to continue this routine with the garden and the growing beans, but it stopped.
Time has passed it is October now.
At the end of last week, ” she ” rang the bell and with a smile and laugh said:
” You must come and eat those green beans they are wonderful fresh from the garden . Come for lunch!”
So, I remember that yesterday, we ate those stringless, sweet green beans newly picked from the garden, and I remember those early days, too.

Did you eat mince with the beans? 😊😁
No, it is bread crumbs fried in butter and margarine. I was working with her and let them go too brown. She made a walnut and cottage cheese roast. Roy liked it unusual as he is usually fussy. Must get the recipe. I love your questions. I think they eat meat some times.
😁💗 I’m nosy.
You are fun, nosy. Ask away.
