Paths making a 5-mile Sabbath walk near Henley.

‘If we confess our sins, He( Jesus) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.’1 John 1: 9

A gate.
A sheep gate
An instalation of barred metal.
An unnecessary gate.
A path through the trees.

‘Most of the shadows of this life are caused by standing in one’s own sunshine.’ Ralph Waldo Emerson

‘ There are plenty of difficult obstacles in your path. Don’t allow yourself to become one of them.’ Ralph Marston.

OR

‘ If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.’ Frank A. Clark.

Walking near tall nettles and  under a few clouds on a sunny day.

Tracks to follow under heavy branches.

I was playing with the lines of verse 8 and 10 to see if they were different.
It is verse 9 that brings joy to me on the path of life.

Have a good weekend.

Sandy 🙂

  1. Really good quotes!
My favourite: ‘Most of the shadows of this life are caused by standing in one’s own sunshine.’
