Waltham St Lawrance paths. A Sabbath walk.

In peace, I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.

Psalm 4:8

I have chosen to share this experience with my mobile phone camera and a few words…come with us. Umbrellas all up as we start out. (Press on the pictures to make them bigger.)

There was a way round this flooded road.
A change in direction for  someone else.
A stile to the path ahead.
The first violets  droplets covering their shy faces.
Green Hellebore, thickly planted with heads up.
Sun’s rays slanted
an afternoon changing.
Three sheep aware of us.
Bodies fat with spring lambs.
Truck tracks
probably made to feed the sheep.

Thank you for experiencing our wet world through these quick moments of admiration.
