A circular Sabbath walk of 5 miles from Lacey green. (Princes Risborough)

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from Thy presence; and take not Thy Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of Thy salvationp; and uphold me with Thy free spirit.

Psalm 51:10-12
The broad way then…
…the narrow way

I prefer the simple things and I love walking in the countryside or going camping… but simplicity is hard. It’s easier to overcomplicate things.

Bill Bailey 1965 ( English musician, comedian,actor)
“We have neglected the truth that a good farmer is a craftsman of the highest order, a kind of artist .”
Wendell Berry ( American author and poet.)

It didn’t rain, we didn’t get wet but the clouds kept playing on streams of light to make the farmland enchanting. We enjoyed this exquisite afternoon, the people we were with and all that surrounded us.

Thank you for sharing these moments in this post.

Sandy 🙂

  1. “It didn’t rain, we didn’t get wet but the clouds kept playing on streams of light to make the farmland enchanting.” You write so beautifully!
