Valencia day 4 : Arched garden, Museum de les ciencies, Igor Mitoraj’s sculpture.

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were past away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven , prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold the tabernacle of God is with men , and he will dwell with them , and God himself shall be with them , and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

The entrance to a garden dedicated to indigenous plants.
Looking through the “tunnel ” of arches.
Vast swathes of heavily scented jasmine ,creeping rosemary and other plants. People lying on a long cool bench enjoying the smells. ( The most interesting bit not captured ,people and the smell of the plants!)

A museum is a place where one should lose one’s head.😉

Inside

Don’t go to museums with a destination. Museums are wormholes to other worlds. They are ecstacy machines. Follow your eyes to wherever they lead you… and the world should begin to change for you.

Jerry Saltz

It’s not a museum. It’s not a place of artifacts; it’s a place of ideas.

Travelling is strange. We never know how long we will spend in a place. I thought one or two days , it has been seven. Valencia kept on giving. I hope you have enjoyed this small portion of time on the roads we travel. Thank you for reading this post.
