France Day 25 Louviers

Today Bess has to be seen by a vet 24 hours before she leaves France for England. We have an appointment for 4pm today in Louviers. This means we could be on the ferry in Calais at 4pm tomorrow. They treat her for a special type of tape worm and give her a general check up.

This morning we have a good view of where we parked last night.
By the passanger side of Bugzy a ploughed field. A farmers pride and joy and a thrill for me to see and smell.

On the wall on the other side of where Bugzy is parked is Old Man’s Beard heavy with seed.

The morning frost on the grass and land is straight ahead.

Louviers

Aloes on a roundabout as you enter the city.

Bugzy parked up a side street for a walk to the vet. We don’t have a nasty type of tape worm or rabbies in Britain. This precaution is to keep it that way.

Tonight we are parked 80 miles from Calais.

To celebrate our marriage of 44 years may these Viola represent our love planted in autumn and hopefully stronger in spring. May our love winter well and our face turn to the Son of Righteousness each day. France has been a perfect fit for our adventure filled marriage. My thanks and love, Roy! Sandy xxx
