The village of Le Bugue is a short walk along the Vezere river from our camp site.Up a side street indicated by a small board is this pancake house.Lettuce piled high on the now empty plate. The ripest of tomatoes in wedges equally spaced around the perimeter. Then walnut halves, just a few, small black raisins, tiny cubes of soft white cheese and avocado pear keeping perfect square shape, flecking the stack of lettuce. This stack glistened with Balsamic vinegar and olive oil and did not last for a picture. So glad we only ordered one it was enormous.Vegitarian bulgar wheat pancakes to follow.Bess waiting for lunch to be over.A walk back after lunch. Bess was happy to run free.By Shelly
