The writing of the waves on the land
A repetition of lines
Until the rhythm changes
Then the loud voice becomes softer
The urgency decreases
The splash becomes a trickle less white with the break
Then quiet!
A retreat a going out with the tide
An outside inside experience
So much like the mind moved by thought
The love of God
The love for God
So unexplained but like the sea moves through the mind
Shore it up!
Or
Let it flow through the crevices and change the contours of the mind
Both a risk!
An acceptance of the change is asking the Creator of your mind to write on it His will.
You may be uncomfortable but you are safe.

Here are some quotes with brain
Truth is a good dog; but always beware of barking too close to the heals of an error, lest you get your brains kicked out.
Francis Bacon
And
By all means let’s be open-minded , but not so open- minded that our brains drop out.
Two people said this: Richard Dawkins and Arthur Hays Solzberger.

Such a lovely poem, I love the ideas you have expressed in it. ๐๐๐
Thank you I enjoyed the experience of putting it into words.
