Where the flat ploughed field with struggling or year end self grows ends and trees start
Where textures change and blending move from rough earth and trees to smooth grey blue sky
A landscape of October made by July, August and September’s
Sun, sun, sun.
Three October landscapes: one mine in oil pastels / crayons, one from on a walk and another from the car window travelling by.
All travelling in time!

And here is a question from Paul?
‘ And why do you judge your brothers and sisters? Or
Why do you place them as nothing?’
Then this is Paul’s answer.
‘For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ; that every person may receive the things done in their body, whether what he has done is good or bad.
Paul also quotes Isaiah 45:23 to make a stronger point by saying: For it is written, ‘ as I live, says the Lord every knee will bow to me, and every tongue will confess to God.’ So everyone of us will give an account of themselves to God. Let us not then judge one another any more but rather judge this that no person do anything to make another person do something wrong.’
Romans 14:10,11 and 2Corinthians 5:10
God designed that the Prince of Sufferers in humanity should be the judge of the whole world.
He who was formally called before a court of law to hear crimnal charges submitted to be treated badly before an earthly tribunal,
He who came from heaven to save people from eternal death,
He who people despised, rejected, and upon whom they placed anger and disgust from their proud filled positions all made capable of by Satan.
He who died in the worst most degrading way on a cross
He alone is to pronounce the sentence of reward or punishment.
So from the author what shall I say that hasn’t been said?
Be humble and accept grace and be gracious for we have all fallen short of the glory of God.
Take care,
Sandy 🙂
