Flowers from home

Travel makes you homesick but what a kind gift from our son.

The oriental poppy bud has opened and the roses have too.

I forgot about the irises but there are two.

…and the two Irisis where the double tulips were years ago.

Our garden left behind but on our mind.

Here are some thoughts about ‘left behind’.

Ultimately, our future is like a mirror. Whenever we face it, it always reflects what we left behind.
