Paul speaking: ‘ There is no temptation you have let take you that isn’t common to man/woman
But
God is faithful, who will not let you be tempted above what you are able;
but will with the temptation also make a way of escape, that you will be able to bear it.‘
1 Corinthians 10 : 13
Today , we are enjoying sunshine and the first fully open daffidol in the garden. It is not one from the grass daffidols under the apple tree but rather one in the raised beds.

‘ Daffidols, blossom and tulips jostle to the front of the stage in April. I love these early perennials: they may be more modest, but they nearly all have that one special quality that a plant needs to transform your affections from admiration to affection – charm.’

I wonder as I watch
Which will be the first
The ones closest to my lens
Or will I be surprised
Life is full of surprise
Let it always stay that way!

I hope you have a beautiful weekend,
Sandy 🙂
Hope you’re having a beautiful weekend too. Lucky you with spring coming. 🥰
Thank you. We love our spring flowers. I guess they are still novel.
Seeing your first daffodil made me smile and brought back happy memories. Right now, I am looking for my first one of Spring. My mom and I would share our first sighting every Spring, see who saw one first. I imagine she sees them first now from Heaven. 🥰
Hi Donna,
Yes, they were in my spam section. I am so sorry. I will check there more often now. I remembered that you thought of your Mum when you saw the first daffidol. That is what gave me the idea to look for mine. What a lovely thing to have done together through the years. Heaven , a wonderful place! Thank you so much for the comment and helping me find it. Hope you get this.
No worries, Sandy, your comment came back to me fine! I did not see any daffodils today in my errand running. It’ll be soon!
I hope so! They make a grey day bright.
