Poem trees behind…

Religion

When you judge someone, the chances are you are doing the same thing, and by condemning them, you condemn yourself . But we are sure that God’s judgement is according to truth, and do you think you will escape? No, but remember God is rich in goodness, longsuffering, and deeply patient, and this

goodness of God leads us to say sorry...

Romans 2:4

God made Jesus, who knew no sin, to be sin for us; that we may be made the righteousness of God in Jesus.

2 Corinthians 5 : 21

Poem: Trees behind

The laurel is now in bud, but the trees behind are still bare.
What is behind and in front?
Aren't they one and the same
You, me from behind and front?
The same person.
Really?

Time behind and time in front
The past, the future
Now, are they the same thing?

In me, they are absorbed
The hair, the lines,the teeth
The hold of the head the walk
The past is all there
What is in the front?
What you are looking at!
You at Me
Me at You!

We together make our future
As friends, a family, a country!

  1. ‘ It is not about who is real to your face. It’s about who stays real behind your back.’ – exactly. That’s the real test. You really find good quotes.
    Deep poem too. Keep writing.
