Here are some verses I was looking at when considering this word fallen. I have put together Romans 3 : 23-26
For all have sinned, and come/fallen short of the glory of God…( and then don’t try and work out exactly the difference between sanctification and justification, be grateful)… that faith in His blood...justifies the person who believes in Jesus.
There was frost on the Japonica Mahonia, silver tips on the rock stone crop, and the dark brown leaf that started life in the spring of 2024 had plenty of sparkles on the ground.

I then travelled with the word fallen. Here are three quotes.
First, a practical one from Florence Nightingale:
‘ Everything you do in a patient’s room, after they are ‘put up’ for the night, increases tenfold the risk of them having a bad night. But, if you rouse them after they have fallen asleep, you do not risk – you secure them a bad night’s sleep.’
Then, two more that took their own directions:
‘ A fallen lighthouse is more dangerous than a reef.’
