The House of Winds.
Where? On the South side of Heldeland Bridge.
Why? The artist wanted it to be where the weather conditions are at their most extreme. She wants to remind us of anonymous laboratories.
Who? The artist is Sissel Tolass.
What is written on it? Latin words for example:

Occidens participles,falling down,going down, setting (of heavenly bodies), perishing dying , passing away, being lost.

Inside each hole is a windmill. Only one was whirring on this calm day. The one that had frigidus plus and siccus minus written next to it. I guess that means cold and dry. True we had no rain and the wind was cold.
Tomorrow we will be in the Arctic circle.
The terrain is powerful in its grey fringed with green and because of who I am I asked how, why , when will this all be mightily shaken? This is my study.
