I have come not to destroy the law, or the prophets, but to fulfil. This is true what I Jesus am saying. Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. ( God doesn’t change He still doesn’t want us to worship anyone or anything except Him. He still wants us to remember the Sabbath, honour our parents, not kill, not commit adultery, not steal, not lie, and not covet. Exodus 20: 3-17)

by hand splitting rock with your co-workers hour after hour.
Muscle power was the order of the day. Many of the tunnels were dug by hand.
One meter a week.

That thing with a spring saddle
Well, it has a Norwegian name
I can’t remember, but I know what it was for.
Men working between stations would pedal on the railway line.
Some died.
It was very steep!
Let us go up on this fine electric train, not forgetting the past sacrifices of hard work. There is a cycle track that was the original road enabling the workers with their mammoth task. Those who enjoy steep bike rides will enjoy it. Go up by train come down by bike.

Some train idioms:
Sandy, I really don’t follow your train of thought. You jump the tracks , lose track of time, get on the fast track, and then don’t seem to realise that that train has left the station.🤣
Yes, I do enjoy the ride but don’t give up it isn’t a total train wreck.
Let us watch us watching some powerful water high up on the Flam line.
The Flam line has been a legacy that those hard-working men have left for all of us. Thank you.
The surrounding mountains trickle with water, some strands of blue white from high up fill the night with sound as does the fast-paced river behind Bugzy.
I spent a little time, and here it is.

Here are some quotes about waterfalls:
Grace is finding a waterfall when all you were looking for was a stream.
Vanessa Hunt
Once we have tasted far streams, touched the gold, found some limit beyond the waterfall, a season changes, and we come back changed but safe, quiet grateful.
William Stafford
When life places stones in your path, be the water.

I try to keep up with those who, ‘like’ our experience, forgive me if I don’t.
Take care,
Sandy 🙂
Back then, “patience” was defined under a completely different environment. Today, what passes for the concept blows the collective.
Do understand by this that the work together in accomplishing the task was of such ‘patient’ enjoyment that we don’t understand.
I enjoyed this! The painting too.
I think I’d also enjoy that train journey. Looks amazing. You’ll have to go back in winter. That place looks cold even in summer – keep warm🥰
Thank you for sharing the space a while with us. It was amazing but not my idea of winter fun.🙂❤️
