The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4: 7
We walked for four miles across fields and along paths, clearly marked. It was interesting to notice the slow acceptance of the soaked land of even more water. The photographs show the pools, puddles, and ditches with an abundance of water.

side to side.
Ridges of mud glistening in the sun and stretching ahead with larger puddles to go round or through.

We have heavy soaked boots and are glad to be back.
The shadows are sharp

with the village pond full to the brim.
The sun may be bright, but it is still really cold. A Friday on the paths around Hurst.
Take care.
Sandy 🙂
I enjoyed tagging along, and wow, after four miles, my legs don’t even hurt! 😉
Mud,mud glorious mud!!!
I’ve got two pair of mud-slopped boots at the back door, ready for me to jump into again to go birding in the marsh and cornfield behind our house. 😉
I would love to sit at that village pond! Quaint and peaceful.
It is a pleasant place . There were no ducks this time.
