They are 1930s Mindin 5334 Royal Doulton.
The flowers so simply drawn and coloured in, in such a way it almost looks like a wax crayon was used. Green fat leaves, yellow small flowers, then bigger red with blue flowers all on a creamy white background .
A delicate red circle then guides the eye round.
