A few small flowers from the garden.

Habakkuk was a prophet from long ago he was angry that God was not doing something to punish wicked people. God told him that the Babylonians would come and do that. It was then that Habakkuk asked God how He could use more wicked people to punish less wicked people. He wondered about God! Then God said that those ‘more wicked ‘ people would have their day. (Habakkuk 1:2,6,13 chapter 2:8)

This prophet then ends his short book with this: “Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. A cup and saucer with three Ox-eye daisies ( a native of SA ) some lobelia and a few “I wonder what”, sunny- yellow, little flowers. All from a very warm garden.
