Cool green and white.
Three Fern fronds and green, round oil poppy heads, shasta daisies and chamomile daisies reused from a previous arrangement with tutsan berries going red .
This photograph was taken inside, in the light of an ebbing sun, later than 8:30 pm after a very hot day.

Shasta daisy seen through bouncing bess now seedless but having left an intricate stem mesh behind.
Self seeded fern and tutsan growing where they choose. There is a rain water butt behind them and they love the cool and damp.

An evening of coolness before our hot day tomorrow. The natural light in nature was beautiful this evening. The UK has never had a 40C, a red alert for us. The bird baths are full and the pond should be fine.

1 don’t lose your cool

2 do keep a cool head

3 don’t give anyone a frosty reception or pour cold water on their ideas

4 don’t do anything in the heat of the moment but rather in the cold light of day.

5 if you are in the hot seat keep a cool head.

It doesn’t matter what temperature the room is, it’s always room temperature.
