From Toledo to Igledo

Today was a day of travel through landscape changes.

Hot this morning and now cool near the coast. Toledo to Igledo.

Toledo to Madrid

Toledo caravan park with Mulberry trees dividing the sites. The trees full of ripe fruit and pigeons.
Just near Madrid. One of three or four large metal bulls several miles apart looking out over the road…
…soon the yellow of Spanish broom. Large amounts lining the road. The sun was intense and hot.

Then to Igledo

A patch work of wheat at different stages. Red poppy fields and fields of purple made a lively change.
Then the high mountains, cool air and fat clouds.
The sea meeting the mountains with roads high up on the cliff face . Then after some very narrow country mountain pass roads we are in Igledo about 3 or 4 miles from San Sebastian.

Here are some thoughts about travel. I wonder which one will chime with you.
