Cuenca a stop after a journey.

Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in me.  In my Father’s house are many mansions:  if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to my self;  that where I am, there you may be also.

John 14 : 1-3

The powers of darkness stand a poor chance against believers who love one another as Christ has loved them, who refuse to create alienation and strife, who stand together,  who are kind and courteous, and tender hearted, cherishing the faith that works by love and purifies the soul.  We must have the Spirit of Christ or we are none of His.

We are now in the mountains of east- Central Spain. Cuenca is high above the Juar and Huecar rivers.  Bugzy is in a public car park with a section allocated for “camping cars” . The back of the van is against a stout wall behind which the river is flowing over rocks.
The massive natural rock formation around this area.
The town from a distance.
One of the squares. The town was once divided between the Christians, Jews and Muslims.
The streets are mostly cobbled, narrow and cool to walk through.
An ancient surround for a group of motorbikes. An allocated parking area.
I thought this street art was “eye catching.”  I hope you do too.

It doesn’t matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

Confucius.

Start where you are.  Use what you have. Do what you can. (We all only have now.🤗 Sandy)

I hope you enjoyed this small portion of what we saw .
