Looking at these browns there are so many shades.
First look at the light browns think of earth, dirt, soil. They say these make you think of honesty, friendliness, healthy warmth and nature.
Dark brown is said to come in 54 shades think of wood in all its different browns.
Dark brown represents dependability, strength, humility and also a negativity of sadness and depression.
If a texture looks inviting we take this as a naptic invitation. An appeal to our sense of touch to have a positive tactile experience.

Ah , when my great – grandfather went to fight with British in the Boer wars his surname was Brownlee. He changed it to run away from home .A rebellious only child.
