Three ages of Tutsan and dusty miller

God says: ” Obey my voice , and I will be your God, and you will be my people: and walk in all the ways I have commanded you, that it may be well with you…glory in this that you understand and know me, that I am the Lord which exercise loving-kindness, judgement, and righteousness, in the earth: for these things make me delighted.

Jeremiah 7:23 and Jeremiah 9:24 The verses in both these chapters are also interesting.
Tutsan, rust in colour from one of my first arrangements and hung to dry. Curled leaves with veins clear to see.
Berries black ,hard but still well shaped.
Moving to the right
Tutsan from the winter garden
some leaves bright green small and new then big leaves drifting to yellow with soft black berries.
In the same vase is grey dusty miller easy to grow in almost any situation.
Long lasting
a drought – tolerant plant.
Softness from the white hairs on the underside of the leaf and beautiful in contrast with the colour of clay.
Its leafy fingers carefully shaped. Freshly cut from the garden.
Rust and grey together in a fired clay pot.
As Agathachristie’s character Poirot said:
” If the little grey cells are not exercised, they grow rust.”šŸ¤£

Here are some sayings about thinking:

The best ideas come as jokes. Make your thinking as funny as possible.

David Ogilvy 1911-1999 (British advertising tycoon known as ‘Father of Advertising ‘ . He put his success down to meticulous research into consumers habits.)

You can’t change who you are , but can change what you have in your head; you can refresh what you’re thinking about, you can put some fresh air in your brain.

Ernesto Bertarelli 1965 (Italianborn Swiss billionaire and philanthropist focusing on marine conservation and neuroscience research.)

Thinking is one thing no one has ever been able to tax.

Charles Kettering 1876-1958 (American inventor the holder of 196 patents. He developed the first electric starter for cars.)

Thank you for ‘thinking about’ grey and rust šŸ¤£have a good rest of the week.

Sandy.
