When the algea died, their remains sank to the bottom of the ocean and combined with the remains of other creatures to form the chalk that shapes the cliffs today. This is the mountain of Conero.

44 years is quite the accomplishment! My husband and I will be celebrating our 23rd anniversary this month and we too try and take it one day at a time.
