Sabbath circular walk of 5 miles from Newlands corner Guildford

Finally , my brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord, and the power of His might… God’s armour is very unusual. Truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation and the spirit which is the Word of God. These with prayer keep you safe so Satan won’t defeat you.

Ephesians 6: 10-17 ( Sandy’s understanding)

We started out at 4pm and returned 7:30 pm. There were about 18 of us walking. The views were open over large areas of the countryside and then on shady sandy paths. A special walk part of the South Downs pilgrims way.

The start and end of the walk was here at Newland’s Corner.
A section of well shaded walking …
Brambles from flower to Berry formation.
Saint Martha’s Church with views in all directions.
A sandy path in dappled light.
The path through grassland.

It was lovely walking again after so much sleeping. I hope I shared this in such a way that you enjoyed it too. Thanks for looking at my post.

Sandy 😊

  2. Thank you Kelly so glad you can come with me. Having grown up in Africa this scenery is mystical and other worldly for me too. The walking paths have been part of the landscape for centuries and they are rights of way no-one even if they own the land can stop walking rights. They are so special. Big hugs and prayers for God’s continual blessings on all of us.

  3. Beautiful! How blessed you are to have such lovely walks to go on. How blessed we are to go on them with you here online! πŸƒ
