Echinacea, parsley and fennel all in flower.

There is no distinction between any of us (Paul says Jew and Greek)  , for the same LORD over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.

I can be a little obsessive about avoiding colds and flu. Thera Zinc Echinacea lozenges are awesome, and I almost always have some with me.

Echinacea is found in the prairies of Eastern and central North America. Their common name is cone flower.

It’s a comfort to always find pasta in the cupboard and garlic and parsley in the garden.

Alice Waters. (Born in 1944 Alice Waters is an American chef whose restaurant played the main role in creating the farm to table movement.)
