Don’t act like you don’t know this one thing: that one day is like a thousand years to God and one thousand years are one day. God keeps His promises and is patient with us because he doesn’t want anyone to perish but wants them to say sorry. But God’s day will come as unexpectedly as a thief in the night and then the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and everything will melt with the terrible heat, the earth also and all the works that are therein shall be burned up.
