Mist/steam, Frost on nettle and Angels wings

Philip said to Jesus: ” Show us the Father”.

Jesus said to Philip: ” … you have seen me Philip and if you have seen me you have also seen the Father. … the words I speak are not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he does the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the father in me: or else believe me for the very work’s sake.

John 14 : 8-11 (shortened in my words)
Frost, sharp sun, is it steam or mist? Ice to steam!?🤣 All on a mid January morning.
At my feet summer’s nettles waiting in the frost to grow.
Inside, in the warm, an Angel wing leaf picked for my post, Angels Wings with rising Buddleia, in the summer.
This leaf is one of three that have grown since I took them out of the arrangement. A baby plant, big and well grown from that leaf. A child and mother from a plant ravaged by slugs, wind and heavy rain.
Precious little plant I will do my best to keep you safe. Perhaps a copper ring round you when I plant you out.

Our life is fritted away by detail.

Simplify, simplify

Henry David Thoreau
