Day 11 in France. Sarlat la Caneda : A city that cares about women.

From my sister Shelly.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month .๐Ÿ’Ÿ
The street leading to the old city had their rectangular shaped trees with straight tree trunks covered in pink. A statement of solidarity with women who go through this experience.
A touch of femininity with shoes on the symbol which should remind all ladies to check and find this curable illness early.
In the heart of this midieval city is this house 13th to 15th century. Filled with furniture and lady manikins in clothes of long ago.
A view up one of the streets ending in the symmetry of the trees with the popular poplar in the middle.
A selfie of me and Bess being a little reflective.

  1. Interesting beetles – strange place to find the collection. The dung beetles are starting to emerge now itโ€™s spring. Enjoyed your pics and comments – especially of you and Bess. Great promises too. Happy Sabbath sis! ๐Ÿ˜˜
